Understanding LtsTalk plans and usage credits
LtsTalk plans include monthly limits for workspace structure and product usage. Usage credits can help with temporary spikes, but they do not replace plan upgrades.
Monthly plan limits
Each plan includes limits for brands, websites, team seats, conversations, flow triggers and AI usage where enabled. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial when the workspace is eligible.
What usage credits cover
Usage credits can add extra capacity for conversations, flow triggers, AI reply improvements and AI agent replies when those features are available for the workspace.
What usage credits do not cover
Credits do not increase structural limits such as brands, websites, team seats or LtsTalk branding removal. Those capabilities require the appropriate plan.
Credit expiration
Extra usage credits expire 60 days after purchase, so they are best suited for occasional busy periods rather than permanent capacity needs.
