LtsTalk now supports sending unanswered conversation WhatsApp alerts to multiple team phone numbers.
What changed
Tenant admins can add more than one WhatsApp phone number in notification settings. When a visitor conversation remains unanswered, the alert can now reach every configured recipient instead of a single phone number.
Why it matters
Teams often share responsibility for incoming visitor conversations. Sending alerts to multiple recipients reduces the chance that a waiting visitor is missed when one person is unavailable.
